---REFUNDS---
Items are non transferable, so I am sorry but I am unable to offer refunds. However if you make a double purchase then I will refund one of the purchases. Just send me a notecard with the issue and include the transaction info.

Gatcha items are non refundable because it is a game of chance.

---PRODUCT ISSUES---
If there is a problem with a product, like textures or HUD not working etc, then please send me a notecard. Detail the notecard with as much info as possible and include pictures if nessesary.

---TEXTURE GLITCHES---
If textures or meshes look weird then try turning your settings up before reporting it as an issue. Often the problem is just that your graphics are too low so the product is not redering correctly :)

PLEASE send a DETAILED notecard about your issue. IM'ing me when offline with "Hi" just prolongs the process of getting you help as I then have to ask you a bunch of questions in order to get to the bottom of the issue.
