Summary: you can't distribute my chat logs for any purpose, regardless of any warning in your profile, without my consent.

Terms of Service Section 8.2
"You agree that you will not [..] (v) Post, display or transmit Content that [...] invades another person's privacy."

Community Standards Section 4
"Posting conversation logs or sharing conversation logs without consent [is] prohibited in Second Life."

Because I consider all of my instant messages private, you may not post, display, or transmit them without my active consent. The Terms of Service also does not state that a profile warning (which is not a valid contract by any means) is sufficient to release you from a contractual obligation, so profile warnings will be ignored and disclosure will be reported unless a reasonable contract has been made (i.e. I give active consent to release instant message logs from private use).
