TOS and Privacy Warning

Section 4 of the community standards: "Residents are entitled to a reasonable level of privacy with regard to their Second Life experience.....Remotely monitoring conversations, posting conversation logs, or sharing conversation logs "without consent" are all prohibited in Second Life and on the Second Life Forums."

TOS section 4.1, Conduct by Users of Second Life: "you shall not...take any action or upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit content as determined by Linden Lab at its sole discretion that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, causes tort, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable."

I clearly do not consent to sharing of my IMs. I consider my IMs private. Posting a notice in your profile if I send you and IM, you will ignore my privacy is not equal to my "consent". Consent means you MUST "ask me", not post a stupid notice in your picks.

You can be "permanently" banned from SL by doing so.
