The BBA exists to encourage ethical business practices in Second Life. It operates just like the BBB and handles consumer complaints and business responses ethically and without bias to either party. We also act as a mediator and public reporter for both Business that maintain high ethical standards and those who are a caution. Our funding is via donations and member fees.
