We have two genders for a reason - to create genetic variation to help our genes to survive. The female provides one set of genes, grows the new life inside her, feeds it with her blood, endures childbirth to bring it into the world, breastfeeds it and looks after it until it is old enough to survive independently.

The male provides one set of genes. That's it.

Women are vulnerable throughout this process and so are designed by evolution to rely on others, to form groups and communities. Men have to impregnate women, possessing them and fighting off other men. Therefore women co-operate, men compete.

Humanity survives by the strength of its society, which requires co-operation. Women therefore help society and survival, while men hinder it.
That is why girls are superior to guys. Generally speaking. Quod erat demonstrandum.
