2. I expect honesty, not silence. Don’t let small issues pile up until they become problems. I control you, but I can't read your mind.

3. You may express your emotions and share your feelings, but how we act on it is my decision, not yours.

4. Mistakes happen. What matters is that you gave me your best. I expect effort, not perfection. We will learn from our mistakes.

5. Trust is built through truth. Tell me what’s real, even if you fear it, even if it’s ugly. I can only lead what you reveal.
