Black Rose Independents General

The Black Rose Independents were formed in 1872. Brought together to meet the growing threat of the outlaws gangs on civil society they did what the Law could not.
Over time, the organisation evolved, some call them Mercenaries , or Vigilante's or maybe just a bunch of free thinkers operating on the fringe of society. Coming together under the banner of the black rose to defend their right to live free and without oppression.To them the mission is everything.
