Parker Avery Hill

Parker was born on New Year's Eve in Bloomington, Minnesota. Her mother spent too much time smoking, snorting, injecting, inserting and drinking illicit substances to even know she was pregnant, and freaked out when she gave birth to a baby with no legs in a cold, snowy park on New Year's Eve, abandoning the baby on a bench. Thankfully, someone came along to find her and called 911. When the paramedics and police arrived, they rushed the gravely ill child to the hospital, where the nurses gave her the name Parker Avery Hill, as she'd been found near the aviary at the top of the hill in the park. Parker spent over six months in the hospital growing, developing and having several surgeries. Since then Parker has been in care, she has been fostered a few times with a view to adoption, but, she always end up being sent back as 'she's too much to handle.' She has ASD, Autism and anxiety, and is profoundly deaf and uses cochlear implants.
