1. Cam and/or voice verified is not a real thing. Linden Labs has never used this as a method to verify an avatar's gender. If you use this as a selling point to try and make yourself seem more real, you only seem more desparate.

2. Putting "You agree to let me share chat logs" does not give you the authority to. Your imaginary disclaimers do not hold more value than SL's TOS, no matter what you think. If you see someone with something like that in their profile, then you should report them, as they're probably breaking TOS.
