1. Second Life

Second Life is social media, bringing with it all the toxicity that social platforms tend to foster. If you choose to express yourself, be prepared for disagreement—and for relentless judgment from others. This is especially true in an era where social divisions are deeper than they have been in generations.
Etiquette, unfortunately, does not guarantee etiquette in return. This is something I struggle to understand. Showing basic manners should never be so difficult to reciprocate, yet many seem incapable of doing so. Failing to extend that courtesy only reveals a lack of personal growth. Respect should be freely offered until proven unworthy.
Intelligence offers no immunity. You can be articulate, present fascinating ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions, but when speculation and cynicism dominate public discourse, insight and education mean little. Many are more concerned with feeding their egos through hostility than engaging in thoughtful conversation.
