1.)ALL products are NO TRANSFER. This means no refunds or exchanges. The ONLY exception to this is a LAG INDUCED double purchase. Use the Gift button on the vendor to send a gift. Custom fittings are available as long as I have the time to do them.
2.) IMing me with an attitude will get you muted & you WILL NOT be helped. Be polite & we can solve your problem together. Be rude & you are on your own.
3.) Special Orders are done first come, first serve. It you POSITIVELY ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO have it sooner then be advised you will pay MORE. Most Special Orders are completed in 24 to 48 hours. It is best to provide a picture if one is available.
4.) If you message me while I am in busy mode please leave your message IN the IM window. DO NOT drop a notecard on me since Busy mode will decline ALL inventory offers.
5.) ALL Photography is done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PERIOD.
6.) DO NOT send me unsolicited offers for mall space. If I want to rent in your mall I will inquire myself.
