CORE Permission Levels:
When someone interact with the CORE Terminal, there are user ranks for who's putting commands in the form of “[Rank/Username]: /_”.

Owner/ - The owner of the CORE User, able to override the CORE User, this identity is hidden
CORE/ - The actual CORE User, bound to their CORE with full control of it
Admin/ - Anyone who's trustworthy enough to use the CORE User's abilities when in range
User/ - Normal users that everyone the CORE User has met is by default, only has basic access
