The outpost at Blind Horse Creek is located between Lost Mesa and the Hell's Kitchen. Well stocked for both wagon and rider, you'll find a blacksmith, food, ammunition and a sawbones with years of experience in treating all manner of malady, from snake bite to gun shot wound.
