Not the same as I was yesterday

Something happened that made me different today than I was yesterday. Nothing big or dramatic, just experience and age. Though on the surface I seem to be the same, the subtlest of change(s) occured to make me into who you see, which is not the same as I was yesterday.

What was the change? I met a new person? didn't see a friend I longed to see? Someone laughed or cried with me or they yelled and screamed. Regardless, what ever it was made me into who I am today.
