LL has sneakily added an option in the recent updates to marketplace. You can now self - redeliver past purchased items.

I ask that if you need a product redelivered - that you now use this option. To find it go to Marketplace>My Account>Order History> Find the product and click "Redeliver Item." If all else fails - send me a notecard and i will get to it when i can.
