1. REDELIVERY?
Please use the redelivery option by touching the item vendor in the mainstore.
2. Purchases Sent to Wrong Person:
There are no refunds of any sort given on items that are no transfer -- there are no exceptions to this. Double check who you're sending it to.
3. REFUNDS
Only on failed deliveries for items that are no transfer. (All sales are FINAL).
4. GACHAS:
I am unable to sell or give gacha items individually, out of fairness. Remember gacha is a gamble! Thank you for understanding. Be aware that gacha products are No Modify, no Copy, but they are Transfer.
When an error or failed delivery occurs please send a snapshot and transaction log. Will not re-deliever If an error is not proven.
5. DOUBLE PURCHASES
Please send me an IM with the transaction history of the purchase.
6. Inventory Loss:
Please contact me with transaction history of the item you've lost and I will happily replace Copy items soon as I find it in my history, otherwise you can redeliever koisk
