Group Charter
The group was created to serve as a way to keep all the Measlies informed on what is happening. Even with the lag I figure Group IM is faster than a bunch IM's, PM's, or emails.

If it all holds together I may ask for a better logo from one of the Photoshop talented members; but it can wait.
