Something that seems to get lost in the mix is the simple truth that being a Dom/me is work. It takes effort, empathy, and attention to detail. And a lot of energy. Most Dom/mes will take a break from time to time, to rest and recharge. After all, there are a LOT more subs than Dom/mes on the grid, and demand is high.

I'm going to suggest that if you sub, keep this in mind. We all, regardelss of role, have the same needs, wishes, desires..and at the core of these is, well, to feel wanted, desired.

So while many won't come out and say it, keep in mind your Dom/me has needs too. To feel appreciated, respected, desired, loved. So show it, give it, share it. Give something back to those who give so much. Don't be a Taker. Be a Giver.

And for we Switches who Top....we all crave what all subs do: that moment when someone looks at us and says "Damn! I want that!" and acts on it. . It tells us we're wanted.....and helps recharge the Domme tank. You want play? Then keep the tank full. ^-^
