- No refunds or exchanges on copy items. I will only refund on duplicate purchases made within 30 days.

- No Modify rights will be given on any of our items. Thank you for understanding.

- If you would like a redelivery, please click the redelivery sign in ZVI's mainstore.

- Please try the demo provided before purchasing. All colors are provided to try it out. I am not responsible for your windlight settings changing the color and/or shadows on your clothing. I use CalWL to take the vendor pics.

- I will not put up with rudeness or harrassment or threats of any kind. That's an automatic discontinuing of services and mute/blocked.
