Why am I a giant?

Giants are my favorite mythical beings. They're notoriously misunderstood and typically written off as stupid, ugly, man-eating villians. I'm looking to rewrite the narrative.

While being a giant in Second Life is a fairly niche concept, I'm not begging for anyone's acceptance; I do this for myself. Anyone else I come across who happens to enjoy it as well is a bonus.
