After learning much about the western side of the equestrian community and having the best horse to teach me, Roadie, I decided it was time to find my own horse. though i had no idea where to to look.
I checked the catalogs, the websites and some local auctions but still couldn't find what i was lookin for, an old friend of mine mention that there was an auction not so local but may be worth looking into. he mention i needed to find this elderly man by the name of Rodger, and tell him that he was callin in that IOU. I was a little confused but i decided to go... after searching most of the day i found the man and said what my friends told me to. the elderly man looked me up and down for a moment" so your the youngin that he been talkin about.. just in time i was about to sell this here boy. " he points to the stall beside us both where this stunning paint gelding stood calming and curious of his surrounding, Instantly I fell in love with this horse. when i turned to the man he handed me the papers.
