Straya (Australia), Waltzing Matilda (47.5438,127.005,2496.43)

Delighted to have found Straya in Second Life’s Waltzing Matilda region. As varied as the wide brown land of Australia is, Straya also has a huge range of different elements and activities. When you land at the SLURL I’ve shared here you’ll see a Teleport Board that’ll take you to a beach resort, scuba diving (beware of Linc the shark!), a horse race track and pub, different driving tracks and various music venues. At ground level I’d strongly recommend doing a tour of Australia’s States and Territories (by foot, horseback, train or balloon). Here you’ll experience miniature representations of iconic Aussie destinations such as the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Uluru, Philip Island and the Jenolan Caves (to name just a few). Ten out of ten to Krissy for all her hard work and creativity in building this superb re-creation of many aspects of ‘downunder’ Australia. She tells me there is more to come and I can’t wait to see what else Krissy adds to an already exceptional SL destination.
