Looks like the Bay City Coast Guard station is going away. The landlord, M. Feila is ripping the land out from under us without warning just so he can list it at a high price he doesn't even know yet. Beware renting from this person.

Do *NOT* rent from M Feila. Not only did he lock the rental box, he's decided to remove us from the group and have us remove everything even though we still have plenty of time on the current rent paid.

At least I had already moved the BCFD months ago, and TJ will probably find another spot for the Coast Guard. Being right next to the marina though was an awesome location.

It appears that the posts I made have vanished. My investigations gave some possibilities, but they are invalid. The word fraud is related to L$/us$ fraud. The limitations on fake listings is related to the Marketplace. The mainland policies are too vague to be applicable.

This falls under the category resident to resident dispute. My posts could be seen as me breaking a policy or TOS, hence why I removed them. Two options left. RL action by filing a report at your local police station, they can contact LL and retrieve contact info. Or invoke FIC powers but I don't know any Lindens close enough to do that. So I'm out of ideas.

It wasn't enough money to bother with pursuing as several of us shared the rent on it, but we did want to let people know about this guy's business practices so others aren't hoodwinked by him.
