you've seen the individuals who reserve the right to use chat logs as they wish and those who say [you cant chare chat logs hard stop cause of tos]:1. how can these co-exist? cause you cant shara chat logs that include personal identifable items like phone number or address. in or out of sl. despite what some people say. [1] usually say you can use discord or outside chat programs. its just mental gymnanstics or being ill informed. normally the [1] do share chat logs when it suits them, in sl. this logic exists for one purpose, to convince you that showing someone is lying , is wrong. allowing said person to slander and defame with the ability of preventing you from pushing back, or/and giving them more excuses to attack you or other people.
this tactic is generally applied to taking lewd photos of pixal mashing too. if it could be used as blackmail yiff joints and casual nudity and sex wouldnt be a thing.
most importantly know your friends and now your foes. the line isnt always so clear.
