Blueberry is a WOLF pony, which means you may see wolf behavior from time to time. He is eager to please his trainer... if he deems them worthy. Earn his respect, and you won't have to demand the best of him; he'll do that himself.

Earning his respect is not the same as breaking him, which CAN be done, but it's not easy, and he will always be high spirited no matter what you do. A firm but fair hand, care, respect, direction, and a little bit of praise when he does well, are the best ways to get yourself a loyal pony. (And I enjoy it more)

Try to break him, and even if you manage it (good luck!) you'll have to keep a strong hand on those reins every second of every day. That's exhausting and time consuming. Earn his respect, and you won't find a more affectionate, devoted, or hard working pony anywhere. With or without wolf blood.
