oh! redo and meshify these ones like you did with the Atoll stuffs! :0) I use to have a parcel in Nautilus harbor and used one of the Mole builds. I love it but it was waaaaaaaaay too primy.

Similar buildings with stripes of different colors... it remindes me a pc strategy game. Not sure of what you're trying to do. Are you referring to Nautilus group of regions on mainland?

To Prissycox: Yes, I did have some ideas about creating modern mesh versions but I probably won't. Updating these buildings would be a huge undertaking and I'd have to make so many changes the result wouldn't really be like the original anyway. Sometimes it's better to jsut admire old masterpieces as they are rather than try to improve upon them.

To Curious: These buildings were made by Crzy Mole in 2007 specifically for the Nautilus continent. LLDWP created Nautlius as a themed area, and fantasy landscape based on the Atlantis myth. Not many of the buyers were interested in the theme though. So Nautlius soon became just another group of generic SL mainland and the houses and other content made for it were all but forgotten.

yes unfortunately, unlike Bay City, Nautilus City never took off as a real community either. There is a Nautilus City Alliance group, but it's pretty much dead.

The phrase "the X community is dead" is so sad that I would never use it for a group even if it had no more than 3 people still active. Why it never became popular, however, could had been a good question with all those mermaids in SL. I will certainly take a good close look first chance given.
