To me, Roleplay is art, and as such, I tend to take it seriously. It's why I am here. (Well, that..and the kink!) I take responsibility for - and great pleasure in - ensuring my partner gets what they came for. To that end, I strive to be as detailed, realistic, and engaged as I can, and to provide as much variation as possible, through strong emoting, dialogue, scene settng, and RLV skill. If the victim can guess - or worse, KNOWS - what comes next, the fun is gone. Nobody really enjoys re-runs.

For me, Roleplay is essential to any and all BDSM-related activities. Oh sure, the bondage *looks* great....but it's the *why* that makes it amazing. So tell a story! Create a scene! Set the atmosphere! It makes the struggling all the more enjoyable.
