Sometimes we go looking for that elusive butterfly of happiness. It seems we never find it. I think that's because we are too busy seeking it in the hands of another.

Perhaps if we sit with ourselves for a bit, we will find that our happiness resides within us. Until we find it in ourselves, we will never find it in another.

It has taken me a lifetime, but at last. I have found it. I am happy. Perhaps the happiest I have been in a good long time.
